Mosquito Fogging

Mosquito fogging is a pest control technique used to reduce mosquito populations, primarily aimed at preventing the spread of mosquito-borne diseases like malaria, dengue, and Zika virus. The process involves spraying fine droplets of insecticide into the air to kill adult mosquitoes. It is often carried out in outdoor areas, especially during peak mosquito activity times (early morning or late afternoon). While effective for short-term control, fogging is typically part of a larger mosquito management strategy and must be used alongside methods such as eliminating standing water and larviciding.
